Refund Policy

Every new Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged.

If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, monthly or yearly, and you'll get it in full.

Later monthly or yearly renewals aren't refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop the next one; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.

Where the law gives you more, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the UK and EU, that applies as well as this policy.

Email [email protected] with the email address you subscribed with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank. See also Paddle's refund policy.

Donations through the "Support" link are voluntary and generally not refundable. If you made one by mistake, email us and we will look at it.
